Voluntary Remittance · Slop Enforcement Trust Fund
The Bureau is funded entirely by the goodwill of the governed. Each Federal Review consumes real compute at public expense. Citizens may remit a voluntary contribution to defray the cost of enforcement. No enforcement benefit accrues to contributors, and none is implied.
